And WHY do some steakhouses put a GOB of butter on the steak?? A good steak should not need any help with extra fat! everything is better with butter..but leave it oFF my STEAK!

My problem? I thought we made that clear in the review?? If the potatoes were real I would personally not admit it! And the coffee cups are HUGE! Seriously…..how big are they? Two full cups AT LEAST?? I love my fresh morning coffee…one cup at a time please.

We are ALL entitled to our opinions. Ours is that when you order a steak medium rare and it comes well done…..that is not acceptable…and waiting for the replacement (which if done right takes less than 8 minutes) for over half an hour while my wife and I ate her meal so she did not have to eat alone OR let it get cold while mine was being re-done is PATHETIC SERVICE to say the least. The waitress and the cook could have cared less as there was not so much as a simple apology from either. And they KNEW it was our 10th anniversary! Maybe the Italians have no taste buds! Next time we WILL go to Subway…..at least we will get what we ordered and it will arrive cooked the way we expect it to be cooked!

I have a lodge in Waterton and refer my guest to Bel Lago. Only one very entitled and upity person has ever complained about the food or the service. Of the hundreds of people that have gone there only one has complained. Without fail the rest have rave about their experience, even couples from Italy come back raving!! If you are in a hurry go to subway.

hog wash the mashed are real the bathrooms are disinfected and the coffee cups have rave reviews what is your problem?
