On August 31, 2008 we set sail for Alaska aboard the Celebrity Cruise Lines. Our Ship was the Mercury.

This was our first cruise and I can tell you it will not be out last. The trip was fantastic and a total woman’s trip. No cooking, no cleaning all you worry about is what to wear. The food was so very good and I was so very impressed with it all. The sit down dinner at 6 and 9 pm was a five course which would rival any upscale Vancouver Restaurant. The service in the rooms was so prompt it was down right scary. We left in the morning for breakfast and when we returned a half hour later the room was spotless. I would Highly recommend this cruise line to anyone going on the first time cruise.
