Ours is that when you order a steak medium rare and it comes well done.....that is not acceptable...and waiting for the replacement (which if done right takes less than 8 minutes) for over half an hour while my wife and I ate her meal so she did not have to eat alone OR let it get cold while mine was being re-done is PATHETIC SERVICE to say the least. The waitress and the cook could have cared less as there was not so much as a simple apology from either. And they KNEW it was our 10th anniversary! Maybe the Italians have no taste buds! Next time we WILL go to Subway.....at least we will get what we ordered and it will arrive cooked the way we expect it to be cooked! We are ALL entitled to our opinions. Only one very entitled and upity person has ever complained about the food or the service. Of the hundreds of people that have gone there only one has complained.
